With nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality world Paulette put the “pro” in “professional.”Prior to coming to LM in 2019 Paulette served as the Director of Sales at the Halim Museum, a unique event venue in Evanston which showcases a collection of rare and important time pieces as well as unusual and rare American stained glass. Before heading to the North Shore, Paulette was the Director of Sales at The Art Institute of Chicago and the Director of Catering at The Blackstone Hotel.
